Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Medium size local home builder needing a full time customer service representative, closing director and light marketing assistant. Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to current homeowners in warranty period via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Process change orders, new sales contracts, and perform closing duties with homebuyers.

- Perform data entry tasks to order materials for new homes and maintain accurate records.

- Coordinate projects and assist with sales support/social media posting.

- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for trades and homeowners.

- Proofread documents and ensure accuracy of information

- Collaborate with trades to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Familiarity with new home construction is a plus

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in data entry and order entry processes

- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of written materials

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite. (Sage 100 software proficiency a plus)

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
