Inside Sales Representative- Industrial Solutions
About Us At Energy Management Corporation (EMC), we're committed to building greatness together. Our specialized team thrives on solving complex industrial electrical challenges, delivering innovative products and lifecycle services across a wide range of industries.
We are currently seeking a driven and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones. If you have a background in industrial, electrical, or mechanical environments and are motivated to drive growth, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
•
Develop and grow accounts through proactive outreach, both with new leads and existing customers
•
Conduct sales presentations via phone or web, showcasing our electric motor, variable frequency drive (VFD), and backup generator solutions
•
Identify revenue opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
•
Collaborate closely with our customer service, engineering, and product specialist teams
•
Track and report sales activity and performance during regular team meetings

What We're Looking For
•
Proven B2B sales experience (phone-based or virtual sales experience is ideal)
•
Strong verbal and written communication skills
•
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; HubSpot CRM experience a plus
•
Industrial/electrical/mechanical sales background preferred
•
A self-starter mindset and eagerness to learn technical information
•
