Position Summary:
As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be generating and closing new business opportunities in targeted markets. You will work closely with our marketing team and Business Development Coordinator to convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships. This is a key role in scaling our growth and strengthening our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
•Own the full sales cycle, focusing on acquiring new retail, industrial, restaurant, and healthcare clients (new logos).
•Collaborate with Business Development Coordinator to pursue warm leads and strategically target high-potential prospects.
•Maintain a level of your own prospecting
•Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and market messaging.
•Conducted site visits, presented customized maintenance solutions, and prepared professional proposals.
•Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using our Salesforce CRM system.
•Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitor services to position our value effectively.
Qualifications:
•4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility services, property management, or related industries.
•Proven success in closing new business and building long-term customer relationships.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Comfortable with in-person meetings, walkthroughs, and proposal delivery.
•Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
•Experience with CRM (Salesforce), LinkedIn, Microsoft 365 preferred
•Experience with industry CMMS systems (Service Channel, Corrigo, Fexa, EcoTrak) preferred
