Utilizing CRM tools such as HubSpot and AccuLynx, the Sales Manager ensures accurate pipeline management and data-driven decision-making. In all tasks, the Sales Manager must demonstrate leadership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. They are expected to lead by example, foster a high-performance culture, and represent the company’s values with integrity and professionalism.
Through coaching, strategy, and execution, the Sales Manager plays a critical role in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and the overall success of the sales team.
