Marketing Center Inc. is a fast-paced, high-energy call center specializing in B2C sales. We pride ourselves on building strong customer relationships and delivering results. We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Sales Manager to lead our in-office team, coach agents, and drive performance.

Job Summary:

As our Sales Manager, you'll oversee a team of outbound sales agents, focusing on performance, training, and daily motivation. You'll be responsible for building a high-converting team by helping agents master objection handling, improve their pitch, and connect with customers. Your leadership will directly impact the success of our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of B2C outbound sales agents

•

Train agents on objection handling, rapport-building, and closing techniques

•

Monitor real-time performance using Convoso (or similar dialer systems)

•

Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews

•

Set daily goals and hold agents accountable to KPIs

•

Analyze call metrics and identify areas for improvement

•

Collaborate with upper management on sales strategies and targets

•

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

•

Oversee scheduling, productivity, and team morale

Requirements:

•

2+ years of experience in a call center sales management role

•

Proven track record in B2C sales, preferably outbound

•

Strong skills in coaching and developing agents

•

Experience with dialer software (Convoso preferred, or similar)

•

Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

High energy, team-oriented, and goal-driven

•

Must be reliable and able to work full-time, on-site in Houston

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
