Duties
•Identify and develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
•Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
•Present product offerings effectively, highlighting features and benefits to customers.
•Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
•Stay informed about product knowledge, including technical specifications related to solar and energy solutions.
Experience
•Previous experience in sales, particularly in roofing or solar is required. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ROOFING OR SOLAR SALES TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN APPLYING.
•Familiarity with technical sales processes and software tools that support sales activities.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate oneself and others in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
•A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
