Duties
•Identify and develop new business opportunities in the energy sector.
•Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
•Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
•Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products/services to potential customers.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
•Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy or related industries.
•Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
•Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is an advantage.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
•Previous experience in outside sales or door-to-door sales is desirable.
•A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
