Duties and Responsibilities:
•Handle the recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training of the Revenue Management Specialist Team.
•Manage, measure, control, and work to drive the day-to-day operations.
•Partner with the North America Billing Manager to coordinate cross-functional activities and drive the process efficiencies.
•Ensures a safe, secure, and positive work environment.
•Develop personal/team growth opportunities.
•Develop and present all training materials on Revenue Management, Oversight, and client specific subject matter.
•Provide clear and consistent communication of all job expectations to staff: planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
•Proactively identifies impediments and quickly resolves issues.
•Manage all time off and support with coverage.
•Ensure that all deadlines are met accurately and timely.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
•AmSpec billing experience and 1-3 years of oversight experience minimum.
•Excellent verbal and written skills, and professional presentation.
•Must be detail oriented.
•Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, primarily using Excel, Outlook, Teams.
•Ability to prioritize tasks based on level of importance.
•Ability to provide support, direction, mentoring and professional development.
•Must be data and evidence driven.
•Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
•Ability to work with all Executives, Branch Managers, BAMS, Regional Billing Supervisors, Billers, etc.
•Reliable with a positive professional attitude and strong work ethic.
•You must take all the management training courses required.
