We’re hiring a Part-Time Retention Specialist for our home security sales team in our Bridgeport location. This role focuses on outbound calling, cold calling, and customer retention to help reduce cancellations and keep customers satisfied.
- Make outbound and cold calls
- Handle retention calls and save accounts
- Address customer concerns and objections
- Follow call scripts and document results
- Meet call and retention performance goals
- Sales, cold calling, or retention experience preferred
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Reliable and comfortable working in an office
