Compensation: $25.00-$35.00 per hour (based on interview and experience)

The Residential Services Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in dispatching and coordinating residential technicians for service, maintenance, and installations. This position ensures efficient scheduling, route optimization, and clear communication between customers, technicians, and office staff.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, skill set, and location
- Communicate daily capacity and availability with the CSR team to maintain a full schedule
- Utilize DispatchPro and CRM systems to optimize routes and monitor open jobs
- Prioritize and coordinate emergency service calls
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, assignments, and job status
- Communicate appointment updates and arrival times to customers
- Set on-call schedules within CRM and answering service portals
- Assist with parts ordering and coordinate with warehouse/procurement
- Monitor installations and pull required permits by township
- Adjust schedules in real time to address delays or technician availability
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (HVAC, plumbing, generators, or related industry preferred)
- Dispatching experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle outbound calls and manage objections professionally
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Team-oriented with a service-first mindset
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
