Residential Project Manager

```Responsibilities```

- Oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success

- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permit inspections

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and make decisions that align with project goals

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on construction sites

- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders regarding project status

Manage and schedule 10 field staff each day.

Schedule field staff and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently

```Experience```

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction management

- Proficiency in construction management software such as Buildertrend

- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation

- Experience with project coordination and scheduling

- Familiarity with construction industry standards, codes, and regulations

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
