Roof-ER Project Managers are primarily responsible for overseeing and coordinating exterior residential construction projects. These projects include roofing, siding, gutter, trim, window, and door replacements.

Review submitted project specifications to ensure they are completed and accurate

Revise/finalize all material and labor orders for assigned projects

Coordinate project with all stakeholders (customer, crews, suppliers, etc.) to deliver a seamless installation experience for our customers

Manage/update schedule within company CRM

Serve as the main point of contact for customers during installation timeline

Ensure quality standards are achieved on each job and any punch-list items are completed in a timely manner

Work directly with Production Manager for any escalation issues

2+ years in exterior home remodeling production environment

Comfortable discussing technical installation details with customers and crew members

Occasional travel to project sites to meet with customers

Competently discuss and resolve production issues with customers

Computer/applications literacy, e.g. Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, etc.

Bilingual: English and Spanish

Previous hands-on installation experience

Bachelor’s degree

Base salary commensurate with experience
