The Project Manager works as part of a team managing new home buildsconsisting of multiple construction projects for multiple clients. The Project Manager assists with preconstruction services (bid, permit, schedule), construction oversight (construction, change orders, invoicing, punchlists), and project closeout.

This is an office based position with travel up to 30%.

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $115,000 to $135,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
