Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

•

Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

•

Drive Raving Fan initiatives, creating an exceptional homeowner experience.

•

Manage expectations, document key decisions, and proactively resolve concerns.

Project Execution & Financial Control

•

Maintain and update the Gantt schedule weekly, identifying risks and ensuring on-time completion.

•

Control project financials by tracking budgets, issuing Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders, and ensuring milestone billings are met.

•

Manage cost forecasting and ensure financial transparency.

Construction & Trade Partner Coordination

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Partners to uphold Nautilus Homes' high construction standards.

•

Lead subcontractor meetings, OAC meetings, and job site coordination to maintain efficiency.

•

Oversee submittal reviews, RFIs, and compliance with safety regulations.

Leadership & Field Support

•

Train and mentor Superintendents, aligning them with project goals.

•

Conduct weekly site visits to enforce quality control and ensure alignment with Nautilus Homes' standards.

•

Provide strategic direction to field teams, ensuring seamless project execution.

Pre-Construction & Administrative Excellence

•

Collaborate with estimating to develop accurate budgets and manage job buyout.

•

Oversee Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate vendor payments and cost allocations.

•

Streamline project documentation and compliance processes.

Who You Are

•

Experienced Leader - 5+ years in custom home project management.

•

Detail-Oriented & Proactive - Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and high-end clients.

•

Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in Procore (certification preferred) and construction management software.

•

Excellent Communicator - Skilled at working with architects, engineers, designers, and homeowners.

•

Results-Driven - Committed to delivering top-tier craftsmanship with efficiency and professionalism.

•

Industry Compliant - Clean driving record, background check, and adherence to a Drug-Free Workplace.
