About the Role
We are building the most influential department in Progen Industries—the North American Project Management Office—and we're hiring two full-cycle Project Managers to help lead us into our next phase of explosive growth.
Progen builds and deploys mobile power generation solutions for large-scale industrial and remote energy operations. We are scaling fast, and the PMO is driving how we get from high-growth to billion-dollar business. These roles are not support roles. You will own the job, influence how we run, and shape the systems that define our success.
You Are:
CAPM-certified (or equivalent experience)
Driven by execution, ownership, and accountability
Fluent in MS Project and bring with you modern tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, Langflow, Make.com ... have another favorite? Bring it!
Willing to travel up to 50% to be part of the full project lifecycle
Someone who can mentor less-experienced teammates and elevate the team around you
Comfortable client-facing, deadline-driven, and able to maintain a service-first mindset—even when things go sideways
> Worked at Chick-fil-A or a similarly intense, service-driven environment? That’s a big plus.

In This Role, You Will:
Run power generation install projects from kickoff to commissioning
Drive daily coordination with field, client, and contractors
Use and help define PMO standards, tools, and reporting templates
Lead internal process improvement or automation efforts
Contribute to shaping how the PMO supports a rapidly growing company

Compensation & Benefits:
$65,000 – $75,000 base salary, depending on experience and fit
Travel per diem when applicable
