As a Project Manager at Craftsman Builders, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, coordinate with architects and clients, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from planning to execution.
Collaborate with architects, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, and materials procurement.
Lead on-site crews and subcontractors, providing clear direction and ensuring high standards of work.
Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues or challenges in real time.
Conduct regular project site inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.


Qualifications

10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years of hands-on project management experience.
Extensive knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, and local Seattle building codes.
Proven ability to manage complex construction projects, budgets, and teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and subcontractors.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management software, scheduling tools, and construction documentation.
Clean driving record and the ability to travel to local job sites.


Compensation

Full - Time
Competitive hourly wage: $100,000 to $120,000 per year (based on experience).
