Primary Purpose
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within BGE. This includes managing recruitment and internal staffing selection for union/craft physical schools and entry level positions. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Coordinates all selection processes and support activities related to recruitment and staffing.

With regular guidance from the Recruiting Manager, this position solves a range of straightforward problems and analyzes/assesses possible solutions using standard procedures within the recruitment and internal staffing selection function. Works under general supervision.
