The Receptionist is essential in ensuring business runs smooth. Acting from the minute people come in the door to when they leave, and all administrative tasks in between. The Receptionist greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. This person performs administrative support tasks and may assist in training procedures.
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all facility access and visitor requests from start to finish.
- Assisting in screening all visitors and employees to ensure compliance
- Managing documents to include scanning and digitizing records for teams such as safety documents, training records, and other site critical documents
- Assisting the team in managing workflows
- Working with the site admin on facilities management and ordering supplies.
- Routing incoming calls and placing outgoing local and long-distance calls.
- Performing other related duties and handles special projects, as assigned.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be experienced in using Microsoft office applications including MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Writer.
- Have 3+ years of experience with customers relationships and/or administrative tasks- Exhibit Interpersonal skills sufficient to properly represent RS with contractors, suppliers, external customers, and auditors, in addition to peers
- Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills and fluent in English
- Demonstrate good time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
