The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for Dugan Production Corp., providing a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting day-to-day office administrative tasks. The Receptionist ensures that all interactions reflect the company’s values of professionalism, communication, and respect while maintaining a polished and professional appearance. This role contributes to the overall efficiency of the office by delivering reliable and courteous support to employees, visitors, and external partners.
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage front desk operations including visitor sign-in, security protocols, and hospitality arrangements.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area that reflects professionalism and company standards.
- Assist with scheduling conference rooms and coordinating meeting logistics.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with office supply management and coordinate orders as needed.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties in shared office spaces such as tidying conference rooms, wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring common areas remain orderly.
- Support the coordination of special events, meetings, or employee activities when requested.
- Provide backup administrative support to other departments as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or receptionist experience is preferred.
- Experience in a corporate or professional office setting strongly preferred.
- Must meet Driver Acceptability Profile requirements (driving position).
- Primarily office-based work with standard business hours.
- Frequently sitting, standing, walking, squatting/kneeling, and bending.
- Constant lifting of 10 lbs. or less; occasional lifting of 11–50 lbs.
