The Receptionist answers and routes calls, greets visitors, handles inquiries from the public, and provides information related to the company. The Receptionist will also be required to assist other department personnel with paperwork, mailings, and other administrative work.
- Answer the phone multi-line phone in a professional and ethical manner
- Direct transfer calls to person requested by the caller or that person’s designee
- Greet all visitors in a cordial and professional manner
- Receive and distribute mail
- Assist with typing, data processing, filing, copying, and other related office duties as required; correspondence on the company’s behalf should be consistent with sound business practices.

- High School or GED preferred
