- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in both physical and digital formats.
- Support office management by ensuring supplies are stocked and the reception area is maintained in an orderly fashion.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations within the office environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly valued.
