How you'll make an impact

- Develop and maintain inspection plans for raw materials and final products

- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

- Create and update company inspection reports

- Calibrate and verify testing equipment functionality

- Identify and report quality anomalies to the Quality Engineer

- Support production teams by ensuring adherence to operating procedures

- Analyze technical drawings and interpret specifications

- Draft reports and compile data to support quality initiatives

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your background

- Associate degree or diploma in electrical/electronic technology or industrial electrical testing

- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

- Experience in a production environment as a Quality Technician or Inspector

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and modern quality control practices

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP (or equivalent)

- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret technical documentation
