To Ensure products and processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards through testing, inspection, and documentation. To identify defects, maintain testing equipment, and collaborate with production teams to implement improvements and maintain consistent, high-quality output according to customer specifications. Responsible for eliminating customer-facing defects (Zero PPM) while identifying process improvements to minimize internal defect rates.
1. Measure parts according to inspection plan, in CNC and Die-Cast
5. Working knowledge of ISOXpress system or other quality management software
8. Draft order of measuring tools and gauges for QM / QE approval.
16. Ensure measuring devices are calibrated (inspection walkway)
17. Verify the correct fulfillment of the production records
18. Make sure of proper identification of parts. .
20. Document and verify corrections made on equipment used in production
23. Strong attention to detail is a MUST

2. (3) Years of Experience in Automotive quality techniques
This job operates mainly on the factory floor, but also in the lab. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and typical work hours are according to shift-Monday through Thursday 4:00 am-2:00 pm and 2:00 pm-12:00 am. Occasional weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
