As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking to add to our Team a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager to implement ISO/IEC 17025 and expand our commitment to excellence.

Job Description:

As the Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up, and maintain our certifications with the appropriate agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the quality management system to ensure adherence to the certification requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of the ISO/IEC 17025 certification process for the organization.

· Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation necessary for compliance with the standard.

· Coordinate and conduct internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation of quality management practices.

· Provide guidance and training to employees regarding ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and best practices.

· Stay updated with changes in the standard and communicate relevant updates to the organization.

· Liaise with external auditors during certification audits and follow-up on any non-conformities.

· Monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the quality management system.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality within the organization.

· Foster a culture of quality consciousness and promote awareness of the importance of ISO/IEC 17025 certification throughout the company.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline.

· Prior experience with dimensional calibrations for precision measuring instruments, ideally fixed limit gages such as pin or thread gages.

· Extensive knowledge and experience with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and accreditation process.

· Previous experience in a similar role managing ISO/IEC 17025 certification for a manufacturing organization, preferably in the gage or precision instrument industry.

· Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvements.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Certification as an ISO/IEC 17025 Lead Assessor or similar accreditation would be advantageous.
