ADB is seeking a Quality Manager to directly oversee quality assurance on multiple sized and scoped telecommunications projects, including Wireline (OSP), Wireless, Critical Infrastructure, and Technology (ISP). This position will develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and standards nationwide. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of executing on ISP/OSP projects, is quality and safety focused with a strong work ethic and an

attitude to achieve results.
