We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to join our team at the new bushing factory in Charlotte, NC. This role is crucial for ensuring that our high-quality standards are maintained and adapted to our new facility. This role requires a hands-on mentality and the ability to work in a startup environment. The successful candidate will lead the development of the quality management system and build a strong quality control team.
