JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve the quality management system (QMS) at Engineered Custom Solutions. This position requires a hands-on leader who can operate effectively in both office and shop-floor environments.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of API Q1 and ISO 9001 standards and have practical experience in precision machining, welding, fabrication, and repair/maintenance of oil and gas drilling equipment. A strong background in subsea coatings such as Xylan, Sermagard, phosphate, and three-coat epoxy systems is highly desired.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of API Q1 and ISO 9001 quality systems.

• Experience with precision machining, welding, fabrication, and oilfield equipment repair.

• Familiarity with subsea coatings including Xylan, Sermagard, phosphate, and 3-coat epoxy

• Demonstrated ability to implement quality systems and improvement

• Hands-on experience managing and mentoring QA/QC teams.

• Proficient in quality documentation, audit preparation, and root cause analysis.

• CWI certification and/or NACE Level 2 or 3 preferred, but not required.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred, but not required.
