Property Caretaker

We are hoping you already have experience with farming, ranching, light carpentry, basic mechanics (such as changing oil in a tractor,) plowing snow, operating heavy equipment, and generally being a handyman, as these are some of the responsibilities we need you to perform in this role. You will also be responsible to manage a team of two laborers.

You need to be prepared to work in situations both without supervision and also with supervision. Most of this work is performed outside, regardless of the weather. The position has a regular schedule of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and the hours can and often do intensify at certain times of the year, especially during planting and harvest seasons. Hours are typically more flexible during the winter. You will need to pass a drug and background check before you join the team.
