Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Manager helps the Business Manager manage the property. The Assistant Manager oversees lease renewals, interacts, and helps solve resident issues, and runs regular reports to keep their eye on the pulse of the property.

Duties
•Conduct all business in accordance with Union Hill’s policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws
· Assist in supervising and directing personnel on procedures, reports, records and work schedules established by the company
•Manage and review resident renewals
•Manage Resident delinquency and collections
•Manage resident relations issues, including taking resident phone calls, requests and concerns.
•Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends
•Inspect the property for community violations, needed repairs, and overall landscaping
•Process Monthly Payments
•Back up the Front Desk as necessary
•Back up Business Manager as necessary
•Back Up Leasing Manager as necessary
•Additional duties as assigned
Work Background and Experience
· 1 year of related Leasing or Property Management experience
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 1 year experience with Entrata Property Management Software
License/Certification:
· Driver’s License and vehicle required
Job Type: Full Time, weekends as necessary.
Compensation: $25-$26/hour plus commission
