Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a thorough understanding of property management practices. This role is essential in ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximizing occupancy rates.

Duties

•

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

•

Utilize property management software, Buildium, to track leases, payments, and maintenance requests.

•

Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.

•

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and upsell available units.

•

Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

•

Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

•

Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and financial transactions.

•

Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.

•

Prepare regular reports on property performance metrics for ownership review.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.

•

Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and customer relationship management.

•

Proficiency in administrative tasks with excellent organizational skills.

•

Familiarity with legal administrative duties related to property management.

•

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell properties effectively.

•

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants.

•

Experience using property management software such as OneSite or Yardi is a plus.

•

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
