Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management practices. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tenant relationships, ensuring property maintenance, and maximizing occupancy rates through effective upselling strategies.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

•

Utilize property management software such as OneSite for tracking leases, tenant communications, and financial reporting.

•

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.

•

Address tenant concerns and conflicts promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

•

Collaborate with maintenance teams to oversee repairs and improvements using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

•

Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and legal documentation related to property management.

•

Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management practices.

•

Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.

•

Strong skills in upselling and sales techniques to enhance occupancy rates.

•

Excellent conflict management abilities with a focus on customer service excellence.

•

Familiarity with OneSite or similar property management software is advantageous.

•

Knowledge of facilities management principles and legal administrative tasks related to property operations.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with tenants and vendors.

•

A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
