BryMak is seeking an PM (Project Manager) to oversee the day-to-day Facility Maintenance operations on and around Fort Jackson SC and surrounding area.

Requirements

The PM shall be technically qualified in the field of HVAC, shall have completed 30-hour OSHA safety class or equivalent within the last three years and as a minimum, have three (3) years of experience, including supervision of a diversified work force responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems. The PM shall be familiar with the various codes and standards applicable to the O&M tasks covered by the PWS, TJC, NFPA, EPA, and OSHA codes and standards. The PM shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

- Review and negotiate repairs with clients and vendors.

- Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise.

- Prepare reports on contract status and performance metrics.

- Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents.

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in contract management or related roles.

- Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.

- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred).

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze complex contracts and identify key issues.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with contract management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
