About the Role:

The Project Management Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the Project Management Team. This entry-level role focusses on maintaining accurate project records, data entry, reporting, and assisting with day-to-day coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain project data in company systems, tracker, and dashboards.

- Update schedules, status reports, and project logs to ensure accurate information is available.

- Assist with creating and distributing project documents.

- Follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation needed from stakeholders.

- Take on progressively more responsibility with smaller tasks and projects as skill develop.

- Performs other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years administrative/project support experience.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs.

- You must wear safety gear, such as goggles, steel toed shoes when on production floor.

Work Environment:

May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
