Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: St. Louis, MO

Terms: Full-time

Hourly Range: $18-$22/hour, depending on experience.

R&S Tower Services, Inc. specializes in the construction and maintenance of wireless infrastructure and currently works in Missouri and neighboring states. About the role: The Project Coordinator will collaborate with co-workers to provide in-office support to crews working throughout the Midwest. This position will ensure that site paperwork is accurate, permits and licenses are current, necessary training is documented, and communication to all parties is professional and coherent.

Responsibilities:

· Communicate effectively to management, crews, jurisdictions, and clients.

· Obtain/maintain contractor licenses.

· Acquire permits and request locates to ensure that crews are compliant.

· Create and update job books.

· Maintain a training matrix and assist with scheduling and coordinating safety courses.

· Request inspections and assist with closeout procedures as needed.

· Provide additional support as needed.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.

· Experience working in an office setting.

· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Highly organized and able to work on multiple tasks at once.

· Follow directions well and learn quickly.

· Able to communicate effectively and professionally.

· Experience with billing is a plus.

· Use the Microsoft suite of products to track projects.
