What You’ll Do

- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables.

- Maintain accurate project records in Procore and other management systems.

- Coordinate communication among field staff, drafters/designers, administrative assistants, and clients.

- Track progress against milestones and prepare project status updates.

- Support quality assurance by helping review documentation and ensuring compliance with client and company standards.

- Manage logistics such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in project coordination, administration, or support in engineering, construction, or related fields.

- Familiarity with project management software (Procore preferred, but training available).

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A proactive mindset with a focus on reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

- An internship with Procore or any EPC would be beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
