We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator/Permitting
Specialist to join our permitting department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial
role in supporting project management efforts within the solar industry. This
position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for details and the ability
to manage multiple tasks while ensuring project timelines and deliverables are
met. The Project Coordinator/Permitting Specialist will work closely with the
project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication
- Assist in the planning and execution of solar PV projects from inception to
- Create permit application packages and submit them to dedicated authorities.
- Create site plans and single-line diagrams for the contracted layouts.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage project files, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible for
- Update dedicated tracking sheets and ERP software to reflect the accurate
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including clients,
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Support the business development activities and communicate with authorities
- Proficiency in any solar modeling software is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in project management or solar industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced
