We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our team.

Summary

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team at Bluestar Engineering Ltd. This role is essential in supporting project management activities and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The Project Administrator will play a key role in bridging the gap between project conception and execution.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

•

Prepare purchase orders, change orders, and bid evaluations.

•

Track project procurement status.

•

Process vendor invoices according to client systems.

•

Provide support in the completion of project deliverables.

•

Additional project tracking, such as schedules and cost estimates.

•

Making project/construction binders.

•

Preparing RFQ packages.

Requirements:

•

Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant field.

•

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•

Motivated, self-starter with exceptional prioritization and organization skills.

•

Ability to adjust to change and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

•

Friendly, personable and able to work in a team environment.

•

Desire to learn and develop professionally.
