What You’ll Do

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of project documentation, reporting, and coordination across the organization.

This role is responsible for preparing and finalizing quotes, proposals, and cost analyses, ensuring quality and QA compliance in all project reporting shared with stakeholders and clients. You will manage document control activities, support SharePoint file uploads, track project transmittals, and assist with monthly invoicing and records retention.

Working closely with the Project Administration Team Lead and supporting all business units, the ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in formatting and correspondence, and has a solid understanding of administrative workflows and general accounting principles.
