Description:
In this temporrary position located in Jackson, NJ, the Project & Administrative Coordinator will be reporting to the Northeast Senior Project Manager coordinating various business and administrative tasks.
Handex Consulting & Remediation, LLC (Handex) is a full-service environmental company focused on providing professional environmental consulting, remediation, construction, emergency response, and sludge dewatering services in the United States. Founded in 1968, we have over 56+ years of experience and have no intention of slowing down!
Responsibilities:
•
Set up and maintain Handex remediation project information on the NJDEP web-based platform.
•
Collaborate with project managers and payroll to ensure state compliance and accurate data entry.
•
Generate reports as needed and review for accuracy.
•
Assist with various office administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Skills Needed For Success:
•
3+ years of office administrative, bookkeeping or payroll experience.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web database systems.
•
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal and external clients.
•
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills while maintaining high-quality standards.
•
Willingness to agree to a 15 hour workweek.
•
Must be able to pass background checks.
Salary Range:
$20.00/HR to $28.00/HR
