We are hiring an onsite full-time Project Administrator / Coordinator looking to develop their talents and support our Deep Utilities and Earthworks teams. We are seeking a critical thinker who is a team player, honest, humble, ambitious and resourceful. You will need to be a motivated self-starter that is organized, prepared to learn new things and a champion of systems. You must also have outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Provide ongoing administrative support to Project Managers and Operations Management.
Administer project workflow and coordination of permitting, locates and materials procurement through the established systems and processes.
Administer & manage municipality processes and ensure compliance for project start-up, completions & signoffs.
Creating & managing purchasing orders and reviewing accounts payable invoices, including regular reporting.
Keeping work progress and client billing files up to date.


Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

1+ years in Project Admin/Coordination roles or similar relatable experience (technical training will be provided).
Expert in English (orally & in writing).
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
Technology savvy and able to efficiently use a variety of file formats and workflow cloud applications (Adobe, BlueBeam, Procore, Building Connected, etc.).


Job Type: Full-time, onsite (Monday to Friday)

Compensation: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 annual salary with Extended Health Care Benefits
