We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting our operations and contributing to the smooth scheduling and execution of sub-metering projects. What You’ll Do:
You’ll support the scheduling, coordination, and documentation aspects of our sub-metering projects, contributing to smooth operations and timely project completion. Your role will include:
•Schedule and coordinate projects, ensuring technicians have access and property managers are informed.
•Work with property managers on meter replacements and reinspection projects.
•Assemble and manage inspection documentation and schedules.
•Handle data entry and documentation management in the Head End System (HES).
•Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy before submission.
•Coordinate retrofits and reinspection to ensure timely completion.
•Coordinate communication between various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
•Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to ensure timely completion.
What We’re Looking For:
•Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a project coordinator, administrative, or scheduling role. Experience in the sub-metering, utilities, or construction industry is a plus but not required.
•Education: A diploma or degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred.
•Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Technical Proficiency: Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Knowledge of ERP or HES systems is a plus.
•Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage interactions with clients, technicians, and team members.
•Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
