We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator for our Deland, FL office!
Essential Duties:
•Interpret information from internal order acknowledgement (products sold) and customer supplied specifications, structural and/or architectural plans and identify missing information when applicable.
•Review floor plan, sections, elevations, and details per Kingspan drafting and product standards.
•Identify where the Kingspan product is to be used along with the design intent of the Kingspan panel system.
•Define areas on structural or architectural drawings in which are unclear and issue appropriate request for information to customer excellence representatives.
•Coordinate with drafting team members on potential project changes from addendums and revised contract drawings.
•Interface with required internal and external project stakeholders as needed.
•Ensure our compliance standards are followed for all projects and products.
•Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
•Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
•Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Require an Associates Degree in a related field.
•Required 3+ years of directly related experience (5+ preferred).
•Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. (Previous experience preferred in pre-engineered metal building and/or architectural design a plus).
•Highly organized and detail- oriented with a passion for ensuring project success from start to finish.
•Good communication and mathematical skills.
•Ability to meet deadlines, foresee and address potential problems with minimal supervision.
Computer Skills:
•Competency in AutoCAD preferred (Revit or Tekla experience a plus).
•Adobe or Bluebeam proficiency in addition to all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook.

•High level of interpersonal and relationship skills across departments and locations.
•Ability to competently read various technical documents and identify issues, corrections, or improvements.
•Demonstrated product expertise and knowledge of compliance standards.

•Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.

•Visual & Auditory Requirements: Close vision for working on computers or reading technical documents; ability to hear and communicate clearly in person or via phone.
•Mobility Within Office: Occasional walking to attend meetings, interface with team members, or access office equipment like printers or routers.
•Lifting & Handling: Infrequent lifting of light office items—typically under 20 pounds—such as laptops, monitors, or supply boxes.
•Sensory & Communication: Regular use of vision to read digital content and fine print; consistent verbal and written communication using phones, video calls, and email.
