Program Manager-Bus. Prof. - Contract 1 Year

Maple Grove, MN - Hybrid Role (3 Days in Office)

Must live within a drivable distance of Maple Grove, MN since we offer no per diem or relocation.

Your Day-to-Day

Responsible for the overall Service Entry Sheet and WO2Pay Program Support.

Responsibilities

- Support will include onboarding suppliers, daily/weekly reporting, training employees and suppliers, supporting the billing platform conversion process, SharePoint management, etc.

- You may also oversee the coordination and completion of projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and organizational span, including subprojects or larger, more complex projects.

- Manages multiple projects and/or initiatives and orchestrates the results to achieve program success.

- Define and report program status, development issues and success metrics.

- Identifies and monitors areas of risk.

- Seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule.

- Facilitates communication and coordination among projects.

- Manages partner engagement and satisfaction.

- Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal practices improving component projects or overall program.

Follows standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques

Who You Are

- Utility industry experience preferred

- 5 years of experience discussed

- Analytical abilities across large, complex organizations.

- Experience drafting and presenting business process documentation.

- Power BI, SharePoint and Excel along with other technical skills

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $90/hour to $93/hour.
