Program Coordinator

Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:

Program Coordinator

Full-time, Non-exempt

The Coordinator provides program clerical duties including database management, data entry, record keeping, program tracking, reporting, and compliance analysis for the Direct Install Programs. Must have great written and oral communication skills, excellent customer service skills, detail oriented and have a high degree of accuracy.

This position is fully on-site and based at our Santa Fe Springs office. (Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm)

Essential Functions:

- Track project deliverables to ensure on-time completion of tasks

- Coordinate day-to-day activity and administration of projects

- Provide customer service and reporting support to projects

- Facilitates on-site conference call meetings with clients as necessary

- Research information and documentation for response to management and/or client requests

- Answer calls, emails, messages from customers in a professional, timely, and accurate manner and record information in Company database

Minimum Qualifications:

- Three years of experience providing management support in a professional office environment to include:

- Providing heavy administrative and customer service support

- Coordinating projects

- Generating reports

- Two years of college or equivalent experience

- Ability to compile, analyze records/reports, and assemble data and information in a meaningful and effective manner.

- Multi-task orientated with ability to organize, prioritize, and meet program deadlines.

- Advanced computer knowledge

- Preferred:

- Bilingual; Spanish or other language

- Typing - 60 words per minute or greater

Pay: $20.00 per hour - $25.00 per hour

The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
