Production Tooling Manager

Support and maintain storage, retrieval, cleaning and recording of all customer owned tooling to facilitate efficient production in a timely manner In addition but limited to the duties listed below:

- Supervise the quality of work produced during the shift.

- Direct and assign work for a team of 5 Die Setter Techs

- Review and hold staff accountable for performance.

- Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times.

- Analyze discrepancies to devise and implement a corrective plan of action.

- Plan, direct, or coordinate the production tooling operations of the company.

- Set up production with correct tooling.

- Oversee and monitor tool handing procedures to ensure readiness of equipment.

- Mechanical Problem Solving Skills and Equipment Troubleshooting

- Strong Communication Skills

- Die Casting and or Injection Molding experience a plus but not required.

Hours are Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 4:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
