Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Tool Maker to support our A Shift production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll build, maintain, and improve precision tooling and fixtures that are essential to our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine parts using lathes, mills, grinders, and other tool room equipment

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Maintain and sharpen tools, ensuring readiness for production

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop new tooling

- Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED

- 3–5 years of tool making or fixture-building experience

- Strong blueprint reading and mechanical skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
