Production Manager

Production Manager / Vice President of Production and Design

Frigo Design, a custom sheet metal fabricator located in Cicero, NY, has an immediate need for a Production Manager.

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000+ a year, depending on candidate skills, experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities Include:

- Providing leadership and direction for a small group of production and design employees.

- Ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery of our manufactured products.

- Conceptualizing and creating new products to evolve our product line.

- Working closely with sales to quote specific projects and determine costs and production needs to ensure quality requirements for our products.

- Representing the company when meeting with customers and vendors.

- Traveling to specific job sites, as needed, to ensure product quality requirements. (Travel is minimal)

- Troubleshooting workmanship problems and ensure that production and design employees have appropriate training, work instruction and tools to successfully perform their jobs.

Required Qualifications:

- Sheet metal fabrication experience

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and computers

- Leadership experience

- Mechanical ability

Work hours are 6 am to 3:30 pm – Monday through Friday
