Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations/Production Manager to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching calls, site visits and, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting service technicians in the field. This role requires strong leadership skills and a solid mechanical understanding. Must be a Permanent Resident of Canada and speak and write English (French is an asset). A valid Ontario Drivers License is required as well as daily access to a reliable car.
- Manage daily production activities.
- Implement and monitor production schedules.
- Recruit new service technicians
- Lead and schedule and support service technicians
- Oversee quality control and warranty issues.
- Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure the availability of materials needed for production.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Facilitate training programs for staff - WHIMIS, First Aid etc.
- Proven experience in a production management
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to understand machinery and processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
