The candidate must possess skills in planning, prioritizing and organizing activities. Team builder and coach; motivator and energizer; ability to provide candid and constructive feedback; written and communication skills; knowledge of basic computer skills; capable of establishing goals and objectives to support strategic initiatives; ability to cope with and implement change; knowledge of power generation equipment and procedures.

This position is responsible for supervising the production capabilities of the Companys generating assets, ensuring adequate generating capacity and efficient utilization of the assets and resources necessary to deliver power to customers. Plan and direct activities which provide for a safe, accident-free workplace. Lead and direct all operational activities in a manner that supports a commitment to customer service.
