Your Impact in This Role

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for process improvement and team development? We’re looking for a

Production Manager

to take ownership of our plant’s production operations, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a

Production Manager

, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Lead all production activities and become the facility’s process expert

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet operational goals

- Conduct daily team meetings to address trends and resolve issues

- Monitor productivity and analyze data to identify and resolve inefficiencies

- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols

- Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What You Bring To The Table

- High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred

- 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing

- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement

- Experience with computerized maintenance systems

- Electrical troubleshooting (480vAC/3/60) and mechanical rigging skills

- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
